One young man in preschool, Carter Smith, gets upset when he sees the homeless men and women on the side of the road. So, his mother has packed ziploc bags full of goodies to give to them. She always keeps one in the car and when they give it away, she replaces it. Carter has said that all they need to do to fix the problem is to hire a builder and have him build them a house. Such a caring young boy!
