For his 7th Birthday party, Charlie Loewen asked his guests to bring a book to donate to the Central Book Bank of Virginia instead of birthday presents. On his actual birthday, November 2nd, he went to the Children’s Museum of Chesterfield and donated 52 books for underprivileged kids in the program.
